Job description
The company is hiring a dispatcher to coordinate the work of drivers at a bus depot serving public transport lines in the Długołęka municipality.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:-
Supervision of drivers: correctness of route execution, adherence to departure punctuality,
-
Control: driver sobriety, licenses, preparation of the vehicle for work,
-
Preparation of monthly reports on departures' acceleration, delays, skipped stops,
-
Reporting of performed activities,
-
Analysis of timetables, forwarding proposals for timetable corrections to the organizer,
-
Ensuring continuity of tasks in cases of breakdowns, bus collisions, road blockades,
-
Evaluation of drivers' work in terms of vehicle care, damage, complaints, road behavior, fuel consumption,
-
Cooperation with the workshop in the process of planning upcoming repairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Category B driving license,
-
Knowledge of the Russian language,
-
minimum secondary education,
-
experience in the area of road transport management,
-
knowledge of the topography and communication system in the area of operation of the bus depot,
-
computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word),
-
ability to quickly analyze and solve problems and make quick decisions,
-
availability - shift work, including weekends,
-
stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure,
-
communicativeness, good self-organization skills,
-
Category B driving license (Category [...] driving license is a plus.
