Your responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of the activities of educational institutions,
• Cooperation with school principals and external institutions,
• Monitoring of effectiveness, customer service, and standards in branches,
• Planning and implementation of activities to improve the quality of education,
• Conducting recruitment activities and onboarding new employees,
• Organization and supervision of maintenance work and school equipment,
• Preparation of reports and analyses of institution activities,
• Frequent business trips to institutions throughout Poland.

Our requirements

• Higher education (preferred: management, administration, pedagogy),
• Experience in a similar position (preferably in the education sector),
• Excellent organizational and communication skills,
• Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure,
• Knowledge of office tools, driver's license category B.
