Production Coordinator in the Wooden Joinery Department

Workplace: Strzebielino (Wejherowo district)

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating the current work of the production team in the wooden joinery department (25 people)
• Supervising the execution of production plans according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitoring the progress of production processes and reporting deviations and irregularities to the supervisor.
• Supporting the production manager in organizing work and assigning tasks to employees and shift leaders.
• Ensuring compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) rules and quality standards on the production floor.
• Maintaining current production documentation and preparing reports.
• Participating in the implementation of improvements and optimization of production processes.
• Ensuring proper material and raw material management in the department.

Our requirements

• Minimum secondary education, technical/joinery education is a plus.
• Experience in a similar production position.
• Basic knowledge of wood product manufacturing processes.
• Skills in coordinating team work and good self-organization.
• Knowledge of OHS rules and quality system requirements.
• Analytical thinking abilities and ability to work under time pressure.
• Availability and diligence in performing duties.
