Test Coordinator MID

Project Description: You will join a team responsible for the development and maintenance of modern solutions in the financial and investment sector. The project is implemented in an Agile/Scrum environment and involves cooperation with multiple development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders responsible for the development of digital products. We are looking for a person who will combine practical manual testing with the coordination of the testing process, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions and the effective organization of testing activities within sprints, releases, and regression cycles. Tasks: Coordination of the testing process in development teams. Defining the approach to testing within sprints, releases, and regression testing. Analysis of business and system requirements for testing purposes. Preparation of test scenarios and test cases. Performing manual tests and verifying the quality of delivered functionalities. Defect Management. Planning and supervision of the scope of regression tests. Cooperation with analysts, developers, and business to ensure adequate test coverage. Monitoring test execution and reporting on work status. Ensuring quality standards and the development of good testing practices within the organization. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing. Experience working on banking or investment projects. Experience in performing manual tests and coordinating testing activities. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall). Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools. Experience in requirements analysis and preparation of test documentation. Ability to manage defects and plan regression tests. Knowledge of the financial or investment industry. Ability to work under time pressure and in a multi-team environment. Highly developed communication and organizational skills. ISTQB Foundation Level certification. Nice to have: ISTQB Test Manager certification. Knowledge of log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana). Experience working with multiple Scrum teams. Knowledge of release management processes.
