Retail Representation Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Implementing business strategies and goals in the region
• Active recruitment and building a new sales team
• Effective management of the Representation
• Developing the sales competencies of the team
• Active participation in building the company's image on the market

Our requirements

• Experience as a sales leader with a trusted group of associates or a manager with successes in a similar position in the financial services industry (leasing experience preferred)
• Ability to effectively manage a sales team using all available communication channels
• Very good knowledge of the local market (vehicle sellers, suppliers of machinery and equipment, intermediaries, and other contractors)
• High work motivation and focus on achieving sales plans
• Ability to effectively manage the commitment of subordinate teams, plan, and monitor goal achievement
• Availability and readiness for business trips
• Valid category B driving license.
