• Supervision of school documentation, in accordance with current educational law, ensuring its correctness and compliance with regulations.
• Coordination of the education process in the school, ensuring efficient organization of classes and schedule optimization.
• Preparation and supervision of exams, in cooperation with the Regional Examination Commission (OKE), to ensure they meet all formal requirements.
• Recruitment and support of teachers in their daily work to ensure the highest level of education in the institution.
• Creation and adaptation of class schedules to meet the needs of both students and teachers.
• Cooperation with the school principal, supporting them in all didactic and organizational matters, to ensure the school functions efficiently on a daily basis.
