Store Logistics Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• coordinating the work of the team in the Logistics / Warehouse Department
• monitoring and reporting on efficiency indicators in the department
• supervising and receiving deliveries (including their quality and quantity control) and transporting goods to warehouse and sales areas
• coordinating and participating in stocking sales areas according to standards
• preparing and monitoring the status of customer orders (order picking, issuing, deliveries)
• registering activities in logistics systems and maintaining appropriate documentation
• organizing ongoing inventories and monitoring stock levels in warehouse areas
• controlling the orderliness and clear passage of the warehouse floor and aisles
• observing health and safety regulations, including proper storage and securing of goods; ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues

Our requirements

• you are open-minded and friendly
• you have experience in warehouse work and warehouse process management (preferably in large-format stores, wholesalers, etc.), including coordinating and organizing team work
• you are open to customer contact and service
• you can work in a team and value cooperation with others
• you are scrupulous and accurate, especially in areas related to the flow of goods, orders, and inventory
• you have current forklift operating licenses (transport of pallets, oversized goods - up to about 20% of shift time) - desirable
• you are open to physical work - including unloading and issuing goods and order picking, including oversized products (e.g., doors, ceramic tiles, shower cabins)
• you are open to shift work during store opening hours (06:30 - 21:00), including Saturdays (up to 3 per month) and on trading Sundays

Desirable

• experience in managing secondary raw materials, waste segregation, and packaging registration
