IT Team Coordinator

At Komputronik, we are looking for someone who can combine technical knowledge with the ability to manage a team, support its development, and build high operational standards. IT Team Coordinator What will be your task? Coordinating the work of the IT team. Developing team competencies through mentoring, onboarding new employees, and participating in performance reviews. Co-creating procedures, playbooks, and improving operational processes. Close cooperation with L2/L3 teams, engineers, and other IT teams. What are our requirements? Experience in coordinating an IT team's work. Practical knowledge of basics in computer networks, IT infrastructure, and operating systems. Ability to organize team work, make decisions, and act under time pressure. Knowledge of English, enabling work with technical documentation. Nice to have Experience in creating procedures and operational documentation. Experience in conducting training or mentoring. IT certifications. We offer On-site work in Poznań.
