Finishing Works Coordinator - Apartment Finishing, Turnkey Projects

Your responsibilities

Coordination and supervision:

• site visits at key stages of execution

• stage inspections (installations, built-ins, joinery, finishing works)

• control of works compliance with the project and construction standards

• rapid response to irregularities

• schedule supervision

Reporting to the Client:

• preparation of execution progress reports

• periodic reports (according to nanovo standard)

• photographic documentation

Contractor cooperation:

• recommending and preliminary verification of local contractors

• finalising investor's cost estimate in line with the budget

• assessment of team work quality

• cooperation with the architects leading the project

Our requirements

Requirements

• experience in implementing apartments or houses

• very good knowledge of finishing processes

• ability to assess work quality

• independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills

• local availability (Silesia or Warsaw)

• high communication culture

• category B driving license, readiness for mobile work

Technical education will be an additional asset (construction, interior architecture)
