Job description


  • You have a good understanding of the Data Governance area, including data governance principles, Data Ownership, metadata management, and data quality

  • You have basic knowledge of data architecture and data flow within an organization

  • You have experience in coordinating the activities of multiple people, teams, or stakeholders

  • You are characterized by very good work organization and the ability to manage several topics in parallel

  • You can lead meetings, organize findings, and monitor their implementation

  • You collaborate easily with business, data owners, analytics, and technology teams

  • You are assertive and can enforce agreements without formal reporting lines

  • You are independent, proactive, and consistent in your actions

  • You know how to ask the right questions, identify dependencies, and direct topics to the appropriate people

  • You have general knowledge of data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance issues

  • You know the specifics of the media industry, especially content, consumer, audience, media, and digital areas

  • You have experience in a media, streaming, digital, advertising, or other environment based on consumer and content data



  • You have experience in project work, coordination, or a role similar to Project Coordinator/PM

  • You have collaborated with Data Owners, Data Stewards, or Data Governance teams

  • You are familiar with the data environment – data warehouses, BI solutions, data catalogs, or metadata management tools

  • You are familiar with processes related to data quality, data cataloguing, or metadata management

,[Coordinating activities in the Data Governance area between business, analytical, and technology teams, Organizing and conducting regular HUB meetings, including weekly meetings, Coordinating the work of a large group of stakeholders and ensuring smooth information flow and implementation of agreements, Collaborating with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and individuals responsible for specific data areas, Supporting activities related to data governance, metadata, data quality, data ownership, and their proper use, Collaborating on initiatives related to data architecture, data cataloging and description, and common business definitions, Monitoring the implementation of agreements, deadlines, and next steps, and partner-like but consistent enforcement of actions, Identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers, and engaging the right people to resolve them, Preparing statuses, summaries, and documentation supporting the HUB's work, Supporting projects related to data privacy, information security, and compliance with applicable regulations, Carrying out additional project-related activities, partially similar to the role of a Project Coordinator/PM ]
