- Supervision and support of maintaining and improving systems ISO 9001:2015; FSSC 22000, as well as cooperation with persons responsible for systems ISO 14001; ISO 50001.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding food safety and implementing and monitoring quality systems in the production chain.
- Annual preparation and presentation of System Review, as well as supervision over the realization of agreed-upon goals and actions.
- Active participation and support in audits conducted by certifying bodies, as well as managing cooperation.
- Organizing, participating in customer audits - taking corrective actions after audits and supervising these actions.
- Supervision and engagement in preparing and conducting internal audits.
- Leading or ensuring the realization of training sessions on management systems introducing and reminding employees and external firms, internal auditors, and food safety team.
- Conducting meetings with the food safety team and verifying the system and evaluating its effectiveness.
- Preparing, supervising, and cooperating with areas regarding documentation.
- Representing the company in terms of management systems.
- Mandatory visits to other O-I facilities as part of job duties.
