Service and Parts Service Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Work in an authorized service center for trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Active promotion of service services, service offers, parts sales.
• Preparation of commercial offers, sales in the scope of service services and parts.
• Work on the market – acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships with the company's clients.
• Achieving the set goal, taking care of the proper image of the company.
• Monitoring and analysis of the spare parts market.

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position, related to direct customer contact, min. 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to use them consciously.
• Knowledge of the construction of motor vehicles, technical knowledge.
• Valid driving license category B.
• High personal culture and ability to cooperate with clients and the service team.
• Independence in action, communicativeness, diligence.
