IT Hardware Coordinator m/f

Telewizja Polska is looking for candidates interested in cooperating at the Center - TVP Technologie as: IT Hardware Coordinator (m/f) Place of service provision: Warsaw - Mokotów Main tasks: coordinating activities related to IT hardware support and management in accordance with the organization's current procedures, operating the SAP PM system (handling requests, equipment registration, data updates), issuing applications regarding hardware needs, returns, and user changes in the IT Support system, verifying the correctness of the assigned cost center (MPK) in applications submitted by users, supervising the internal IT hardware registration, ensuring its completeness and up-to-dateness, updating hardware locations and employee assignments in the registration system, in cooperation with the Logistics Section and the Department Management in the SAP PM system, implementing processes related to equipment settlement and handover after the user's employment terminates, cooperating with the central IT department on implementations, updates, and operational activities, supporting unit employees in interpreting procedures, using hardware, and reporting needs, organizing training sessions and short briefings on the principles of hardware usage and IT procedures for subordinate organizational units, reporting on hardware status, risks, and implemented actions. Expectations: minimum secondary technical education, minimum one year of experience working with the SAP system (mandatory condition), very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices, ability to work with documentation, registration systems, or ticketing tools (experience with helpdesk-type systems is welcome), good self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks, accuracy and attention to compliance with procedures and standards, communication skills, responsibility, and independence in performing assigned tasks, willingness to participate in implementation processes and improvements related to hardware management.
