Job description
Job responsibilities include handling recruitment process for Sales Representative position: sourcing, selection, conducting interviews, offering and supporting onboarding.
Identifying and analyzing training needs as well as determining skill gaps in the sales team.
Developing and implementing annual training plans and development actions.
Organizing and coordinating internal and external trainings.
Organizing and coordinating employee competitions.
Ppreparing reports, presentations and spreadsheets for management.
Nasze oczekiwaniaminimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software
Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
