- Developing and maintaining accurate sales volume forecasts supporting business goals realization.
- Ensuring consistency between sales demand and production capabilities to optimize resource utilization.
- Preparing monthly plans for supply requirements in relation to production schedule.
- Daily monitoring and reporting on the level of sales volume realization compared to set targets.
- Estimating and controlling inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Preparing reports and summaries at the end of the month for the Management.
- Updating planning tools and consolidating feedback from stakeholders.
- Servicing planning tools.
- Leading and supporting interdepartmental projects, e.g. implementing a new planning tool based on SAP.
