Your responsibilities

• Support employees in the process of onboarding, adaptation, and daily work organization
• Monitoring and responding to absences, turnover, and staffing shortages
• Ongoing cooperation with the client regarding the implementation of operational arrangements
• Ensuring smooth communication between the client, Branch, and Headquarters
• Reporting operational data (attendance, staffing, turnover, current risks)
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, labor law, and internal procedures and standards
• Representing the company on the client's premises and maintaining a professional image of the organization

Our requirements

• Knowledge of the Russian language
• Category B driving license and mobility
• Ability to organize one's own work efficiently and set priorities
• Ability to react quickly to crisis situations and operational changes
• Very good communication and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders
• Assertiveness combined with empathy and responsibility

Would be an advantage

• Experience in a production or operational environment
• Experience working with employee teams, including foreigners
