- Professional customer service on cash desks and at customer service points.
- Correct calculation and collection of fees for purchased goods.
- Supervision over Cashiers' work, participation in cashier training.
- Correct preparation of sales documentation and settlement accounts.
- Compliance with company requirements regarding safety and workplace hygiene.
- Registration and handling of customer complaints.
- Registering customers and issuing MAKRO cards.
- Settling payments from Drivers.
