Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching concept for young people in vocational training, • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vocational schools and companies, • Identifying and addressing the needs of young people in vocational training, • Collaborating with other ÖSB Consulting teams to develop and implement effective labor market programs, • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of coaching measures, • Providing support and guidance to young people in vocational training. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive coaching concept for young people in vocational training. Your expertise in the field of coaching for young people is essential for this role.
