Coordinator Cleaning & Facility Services (m/f/d)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For an established company in Linz, we are looking for an experienced personality who enjoys taking responsibility in the area of cleaning and facility services. In this position, you will coordinate the cleaning teams at several locations and be the central point of contact between employees, external service providers, and internal contacts.

SCOPE OF DUTIES

• Organization, leadership, and deployment planning of internal and external cleaning staff
• Ensuring agreed-upon cleaning standards through regular checks and inspections
• Training and instruction of employees on work processes, quality, and safety
• Management and supervision of external partners for ongoing cleaning as well as basic and special cleaning
• Planning of needs and organization of cleaning agents, consumables, equipment, and other operational resources
• Ongoing coordination with internal departments as well as external service companies
• Support with organizational preparations for events at the location
• Checking outdoor and green areas regarding cleanliness, order, and a well-maintained appearance

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training in monument, facade, and building cleaning is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in professional building or maintenance cleaning
• Experience in leading and coordinating employees
• A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational talent as well as the ability to maintain an overview even with a high workload
• An appreciative and at the same time binding communication style
• A good understanding of costs, quality, and responsible resource utilization
• Very good German language skills
• Additional language skills in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian are an advantage
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Driver's license class B and your own car
