Your role – with real impact
In this position, you will support the self-financing expansion and densification of existing infrastructure. As a commercial interface between sales, technology, and external partners, you will ensure that project implementations are warranted, structured, and successful.

We are looking for someone to strengthen our team at the location Hamburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Koordination eigenwirtschaftlicher Ausbau

• Schnittstellenmanagement: Central coordination between sales, technical departments, and construction partners.
• Wirtschaftliche Bewertung: Commercial evaluation and assessment of expansion requests along existing routes.
• Synergieprüfung: Alignment with the planning office to identify synergies with ongoing or planned expansion projects.
• Angebotserstellung: Creation of offers for private customers, commercial enterprises, and carriers.
• Projektnachverfolgung: Monitoring of project progress until completion and ensuring data transfer for billing.

Partnerbetreuung & Wholesale

• Ansprechperson: Operational support for Open-Access- and Wholesale-partners, as well as alignment with city utilities and local suppliers.
• Vertragsmanagement: Administration of existing agreements and preparation of documents for new contract negotiations.
• Beziehungsmanagement: Active maintenance of existing partnerships and support in building new collaborations.

Process & Structure Building

• Strukturbildung: Participation in the development of clear, efficient workflows at interfaces.
• Standardisierung: Creation and maintenance of simple, process-guiding templates and documentation.

You bring with you:

• Background: Successfully completed commercial or technical education or a degree (BWL, economics engineering, etc.).
• Kaufmännisches Verständnis: Secure understanding of economic questions as the basis for evaluating expansion requests and offers.
• Technisches Grundverständnis: Ability to understand technical relationships and communicate with departments and construction partners on an equal footing.
• Systemkenntnisse: Secure handling of MS Office as daily work tool; understanding of planning or documentation systems is helpful.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Clear, structured exchange per email and phone with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Kooperationsfähigkeit: Secure acting in interface- and coordination situations between different departments.
• Lösungsorientierung: Active thinking and pragmatic finding of solutions, especially in a dynamic, still not fully defined environment.
• Lernbereitschaft: Openness to new topics, processes, and structures, as well as willingness to further develop professionally.
• Projekterfahrung: First experiences with project-, process- or interface management support a smooth entry into the role.
