Koordinator Netzanschluss & Kostensteuerung (m/w/d) in Mannheim

Your Key Tasks

End-to-End Steering of Network Connection Processes

  • Organization and tracking of the entire network connection process from registration to implementation
  • Registration and application for network connections, including PV feed-in

Cost-, Offer- & Time Management

  • Review of offers, cost evaluation, and coordination with city utilities and energy suppliers
  • Monitoring of processing times, identification of bottlenecks, and taking over escalation management

Technical Coordination & Team Management

  • Clearing technical requirements and meter concepts in collaboration with the VEFK and planners
  • Coordination of the electrical team and relevant interface functions

Standardization & Scaling

  • Development of standard processes and strategies for cost optimization in network connections
  • BUILDING new structures to accelerate and scale network connection processes

You Bring

  • A completed commercial or technical education, ideally with a connection to the energy- or construction industry
  • Electrotechnical basic knowledge and experience in project and cost management
  • Evidence of experience in cooperation with city utilities and network operators
  • A strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and joy in building and professionalizing processes
  • A structured, analytical, and hands-on working style
  • Safe handling of MS Office and digital tools
  • Fluent German skills
