Coordinator in Training - Technical Training Center (m/w/d)*

As Coordinator in Training, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing training courses and workshops for our employees. Your tasks will include planning and preparing training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training measures. You will also support the development of new training concepts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and in a team. The ideal candidate has a degree in education or a related field, experience in training coordination and excellent communication skills.
