The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate development, M&A, and restructuring processes. He/she should be able to analyze complex financial data, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies for consolidation. In addition, he/she should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should also have experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Furthermore, he/she should be familiar with financial planning and control systems, such as SAP or similar tools. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of professional experience in corporate development, M&A, or restructuring. He/she should also have a strong understanding of the German corporate landscape and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. As a team player, he/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
