Corporate Lawyer

• The Legal department team is an active sparring partner in all legal matters (corporate law | M&A | competition and antitrust law | real estate law | EU regulations) of our family company.
• Partnership-based collaboration (stakeholders | controlling | holding | subsidiaries), proximity to corporate management, and thus swift decision-making, as well as a broad spectrum of legal issues are characteristic of this position of trust.
• Independently, with expertise and business acumen, you will handle, among other things, legal advice on innovation projects, international acquisition or divestment processes, administrative law matters, claims for damages, warranty claims, data protection, and insurance cases, as well as contract drafting in all our fields of expertise.
• As a team player, you will provide support to colleagues and superiors within the Legal department, even in challenging times.

• A completed law degree in Austria and at least 2 years of professional experience (in-house counsel | law firm) are our priority. Completion of the judicial year is welcome but not mandatory.
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and humor, as well as negotiation-level communication skills (German | English), complement your loyal personality. Appreciative, personal exchange is important to us.
• With your calming and solution-oriented approach, you bring structure to complex situations and provide clarity, direction, and reliability, especially in dynamic situations.
• Travel will be required on a project-dependent basis.
