Concepter (m/w/d) Strategy & Idea

Two Brands, One Team: Unbunt (Advertising Agency) and Heldenglück (Own Brand).

We are looking for an experienced concepter who thinks in ideas, not templates. You develop concepts that make brands distinctive and campaigns that stick. Important: This is not a junior position. We need someone who has already shown that they can think strategically and deliver creatively.

• Development of communication concepts and campaign ideas (online & offline)
• Texts for different channels and target groups (Ads, Social, Website, Print, Headlines)
• Development of hooks, messages, dramaturgies, and storylines
• Closely working with design teams and clients
• Presentation, justification, and defense of ideas
• Further development of tonalities and brand voices
