Your tasks:

Social-first Concepting:

- You are our creative impulse generator for social platforms. You develop platform-specific formats (from Reels to Carousels), conceptualize Always-on-Content, and design viral campaign mechanisms.

Ganzheitliches Denken:

- You translate your social expertise into larger contexts, work on integrated creative campaigns with us, and ensure that our ideas convince on all channels.

Überzeugende Kommunikation:

- You bring ideas to the point – in concise Copies and short scripts. Just as confidently, you present your concepts and editorial plans to our customers and excite them for your vision.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in a creative-conceptual role with an unmistakable focus on Social Media.
• You understand social as a craft: terms like Retention Logic, Hooking, Serialization, and Community Dynamics are not buzzwords for you, but daily tools.
• You're creatively restless and have high standards for your own ideas – from the first headline to the final implementation.
• You use AI (from GPT to Midjourney) as a self-evident creative booster to make ideas faster, better, and more diverse.
