Whether Brand Campaign, Event Concept, Digital Story or the decisive pitch around the next Big Player. You are the person who sparks an idea from a briefing. You translate brands into experiences, strategy into storytelling and ideas into concepts that convince customers, target groups and juries. You think channel- and discipline-transcending, always have the big picture in mind and manage to bring complex topics down to a point.

We are looking for an experienced*in Concepter*in / Strateg*in (w/m/d), who or which takes our pitches to the next level and develops creative, strategically founded concepts for our customers from Fashion, Sport, FMCG, Tech, Beauty and more - across Brand, Events and Digital.

Aufgaben

• Konzeptionelle Lead-Rolle in Pitches: You develop the Big Idea, build the red thread and ensure that our presentations captivate – from the first insight research to the final story.
• Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung for Brand, Events and Digital – you translate customer briefings into feasible communication strategies and creative concepts.
• Insights, Trends und Zielgruppenverständnis: You dive deep into brands, markets and consumers and lead to concepts that are really relevant.
• Cross-mediales Denken: You conceptualize campaigns and measures that work across channels. Whether Brand Campaign, Live Experience or digital Customer Journey.
• Storytelling und Präsentation: You build pitch decks that stick, and present concepts convincingly to customers and the team.
• Sparringspartner*in für Kreation, Projektmanagement und Kunden - you combine strategy with implementation and ensure that the idea carries through to the detail.
• Briefing- und Workshop-Moderation internally and externally, to set up ideas cleanly and bring teams on track.

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Konzeption und/oder Strategie in a communications-, brand-, event- or digital agency with comparable customers.
• Erfahrung in Pitches - you have already worked on pitches multiple times and know how to build convincing concepts under time pressure.
• Konzeptionsstärke über Disziplinen hinweg: You feel at home with Brand, Events and Digital alike and can bridge the gaps between the worlds.
• Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken combined with genuine Ideenkraft – you deliver not only concepts but the spark that carries a campaign.
• Storytelling- und Präsentationsskills: You build clear, convincing decks and stand confidently in front of customers.
• Sehr gute Fähigkeit, Insights und Trends to research, categorize and translate into relevant ideas.
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein kühler Kopf in Pitch-Phasen – even when it gets tight.
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten in the team and towards customers.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in word and writing.
• Praktisches Verständnis für Marken, Produkte und Zielgruppen as well as a great curiosity for different industries.
