Financial Controller/Controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller/Controller - a person who will be responsible for the budgeting and internal control process in the company. If you like creating financial models and effective processes - maybe we're looking for just you!

As a Financial Controller/Controller, you will:

• manage the full cycle of budgeting and process regular updates of financial forecasts for key departments of the company (Development, Marketing, Product, Sales)
• monitor the realization of the budget and prepare detailed reports with analysis of deviations, indicating their causes
• define and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs), to continuously control the financial and operational situation of the company
• provide precise and timely information on current and monthly financial results, supporting decision-making processes
• create advanced financial models for evaluating the profitability of new initiatives and projects
• ensure effective internal control, including verifying process flows, ensuring proper documentation, and preparing reports from the control area

Apply if:

• have at least 2 years of experience in financial controlling on a standalone position in a dynamic SaaS or Fintech environment
• extract unexpected insights based on financial data and indicate strategic directions for action based on in-depth analysis
• create a budget and reliably monitor its realization
• build financial models and analyze project profitability
• fluently use accounting principles, financial principles, and business finance principles, as well as key business indicators (e.g. churn, conversion, LTV, number of new/active customers, accounts)
• use MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet program (creating pivot tables, advanced formatting, formulas, managing access and integrity of sheets)
• easily establish contact and effectively communicate with employees from various departments of the company to collect and convey necessary information
• are an extremely accurate and meticulous person - you care about accuracy, consistency, and logicalness of data

Great if also:

• know English at a business level, allowing for free work with financial documentation and international communication

• willingly create, verify, and improve internal company processes
