DevOps Consultant

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Consultant to join a long-term project in a large organization. This role is for someone who can combine technical competencies with a consulting approach to collaboration with the business and IT teams. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Azure DevOps environment, standardization of SDLC processes, and development of CI/CD automation. We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, and capable of proposing the best solutions, not just executing assigned tasks. Scope of Responsibilities - Management and development of the Azure DevOps environment - Design, development, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines - Onboarding of new projects and users - Administration of permissions and user support - Standardization of SDLC processes - Gathering requirements from business and technical teams - Verification of team compliance with adopted standards - Creation of technical and process documentation - Support for preparing test environments - Collaboration with business and technical teams on DevOps platform development. Requirements Must have - Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps (Projects, Repositories, Boards) - Experience with Azure DevOps Server - Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML, Templates, integrations) - Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD processes - Good knowledge of SDLC and experience in process standardization - Ability to automate using PowerShell, Bash, or Python - Experience collaborating with end-users (support, onboarding, training) - Ability to collaborate with the business and conduct technical consultations - Independence and initiative in proposing solutions. Nice to have - Experience in large organizations (Enterprise) - Knowledge of Governance and Compliance in DevOps - Experience working with backlog processes, requirements, and project billing - Experience in preparing test environments - Experience in projects implemented in regulated environments.
