Job description
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP implementation consultant in the financial area Participation in at least three full implementation projects (from analysis to go-live) Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes as well as the Accounting Act Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently High level of initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written Teamwork skills and effective communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards (e.g. IFRS, FRS) Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Familiarity with financial software (e.g. Excel, Access) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
