Consultant / Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Place of work: Legnica We are recruiting for our Client, an international organization in the production sector, for a position of Consultant / Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems supporting HR processes in a cloud environment. The position assumes close cooperation with HR and IT teams, participation in development and integration projects, as well as providing support and training to users. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, knowledge of HR processes and procedures, and excellent communication skills. The Consultant will work closely with the Client's HR and IT departments to analyze business needs, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
