About the project

We are looking for a person who can translate regulatory requirements and security standards into concrete actions within an organization. You will support clients in risk management, compliance assurance, information security, and personal data protection. If you have consulting or auditing experience, are comfortable working with clients, and can manage a project from analysis to recommendations and action plans, we want to meet you. Your responsibilities

• Leading advisory projects in the field of cybersecurity, information security, and personal data protection
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and assessing their impact on the client's organization
• Advising on GDPR, DORA, NIS2/UKSC, CRA, and other cybersecurity requirements
• Conducting security audits and assessing organization maturity
• Identifying gaps and areas requiring improvement
• Preparing recommendations, action plans, and project documentation
• Creating and updating security and personal data protection policies, procedures, and processes
• Implementing and improving information security management systems in accordance with ISO 27001 and other standards
• Collaborating with clients and technical teams in implementing recommended solutions
• Preparing reports, presentations, and materials for security officers and management

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, information security auditing, GRC, or personal data protection.
• Experience in executing projects related to cybersecurity, information security, or personal data protection
• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 and experience working with information security management systems
• Experience in conducting audits, gap analyses, or security maturity assessments
• Ability to independently manage a project from analyzing client needs to preparing recommendations and documentation
• Ability to work with clients and conduct workshops or project meetings
• Good command of Polish and English, spoken and written (min. B1 level)
• Independence, analytical thinking, and good work organization

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of GDPR, DORA, NIS2/UKSC, or CRA
• Certifications, e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA, or CISM
• Knowledge of NIST and other security standards
