Garment Constructor / Technologist (M/F)

Location: Gdańsk

Your responsibilities

• Preparing garment patterns from scratch and based on provided samples.
• Working in garment construction software (e.g., INVENTEX or similar).
• Preparing technical comments regarding products and constructions.
• Developing size charts.
• •Creating and maintaining technical documentation in English.

Our requirements

• ·Minimum 5 years of active experience in women's garment construction or technology.
• ·Proficient knowledge of CAD software for construction (INVENTEX or similar preferred).
• Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator and MS Excel in daily product work.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing – this is our daily working language, essential for creating specifications and direct international cooperation.
• Advanced knowledge of cutting, sewing, grading, and material (fabric) properties.
• Sense of aesthetics, openness to trends, and a desire to share ideas in a dynamic environment.

• We are looking for individuals specialized in at least one of the following categories of women's clothing:
• Outerwear (jackets, coats)
• Suit sets (suits, blazers, jackets)
• Dresses
• Shirts (shirts, blouses)
• Trousers (trousers, skirts)

Nice to have

• •Specialized education: Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or completion of prestigious fashion schools and construction courses (e.g., MSKPU, SAPU, vocational schools for Fashion Industry Technicians).
