Job description
Press Tool Designer
SCOPE OF DUTIES:- Independent design of dies, punches, and tools for cold plastic working.
- Design of machine parts, technological tooling, and manufacturing drawings.
- Creation and supervision of complete 2D/3D technical documentation.
- Cooperation with the tool shop and production departments in implementing new projects and modifications.
- Optimization of existing design solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Designer in the tool industry (with particular emphasis on press tools).
- Ability to independently design dies from concept to manufacturing documentation.
- Very good knowledge of 3D/2D CAD software.
- Knowledge of metal processing technologies, materials science, and stamping processes.
- Preferred: experience in designing injection molds.
