Constructor / Female Constructor – Heat Pump and HVAC Equipment Development

Workplace: Ruda Strawczyńska (Kielce County)

Your responsibilities

• Designing structures of heat pumps and other HVAC equipment and performing necessary
• engineering calculations.
• Developing new technical concepts — from idea and 3D model to executive documentation.
• Selecting structural solutions, materials, and components.
• Optimizing designs for functionality, reliability, production costs, and ease of assembly and servicing.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, including manufacturing drawings,
• assembly drawings, and material lists.
• Participating in the construction and testing of prototypes and implementing changes based on test results.
• Collaborating with the project team and production on the implementation of new equipment.

Our requirements

• Experience in designing and constructing equipment — in the HVAC, automation, mechanical engineering,
• or related industries.
• Fluent knowledge of technical drawing and ability to create
• construction documentation.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly Autodesk Inventor or
• SolidWorks.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and select solutions according to project requirements.
• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Passion for construction, technical curiosity, and a desire to develop prototype equipment.
• Creativity, independence, and consistency in problem-solving.
• Accuracy and ability to cooperate within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing heat pumps, heating, ventilation, or cooling
• equipment.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing technologies, housing design, and equipment structures.
• Experience in implementing new products into production.
• Knowledge of automation and component integration in equipment.
