• Fabrication and assembly of shipbuilding structures made of steel and aluminum
• Production of components according to technical (digital) drawings and work plans
• Performance of welding work according to valid regulations, cold and hot forming (light forging work)
• Installation and assembly of ship components on board, leveling and aligning of sections and components
• Quality control of manufactured components and assemblies, working with 3D construction documents

• Successfully completed training as a construction mechanic:in - specialization in metal and shipbuilding or comparable
• Knowledge of the requirements of the respective training regulations; additional forging skills are desirable
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and night shifts
• Technical understanding and team-oriented work, structured approach and conceptual thinking
• High awareness of quality and safety, initiative and independence
