What Defines Us

Technology with Real Benefit
Our work aims to make wastewater treatment more efficient and significantly reduce the energy consumption of wastewater treatment plants. In doing so, we are working on solutions for infrastructure that is needed worldwide.

Work That Reaches the Product
Whether in development, production, or operations: your work does not remain abstract but directly impacts what we build and continuously improve. Ideas, improvements, and solutions flow directly into our systems and processes.

Hands-on Instead of Long Coordination Loops
We appreciate pragmatic solutions, short communication channels, and people who take responsibility instead of letting things slide. If something can be improved, we discuss it and implement it.

A Team That Thinks Along and Gets Things Done
At Membion, different departments work closely together and support each other to implement good solutions collectively. We value open communication, mutual respect, and the aspiration to do things really well.
