TGA / Technical System Planner (BIM)

You won't need to draw lines, copy details, or work on plans anymore.

We don't use BIM, laser scanning, and digital workflows as buzzwords, but as a fixed part of our projects.

You won't work on flat plans here. You'll work model-based, understand connections, and develop construction further.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• 3D modeling in all areas of technical building equipment in Revit
• Drawing 2D plans from the model
• Existing model creation based on point clouds
• Optional performance of 3D laser scans depending on the project
• Collaboration in BIM projects according to current standards
• Support for designing and calculating technical systems

Qualification

You should bring this:

• Training as a Technical System Planner, Technical Drafter, Technician, or comparable qualification
• Interest in BIM, digital planning methods, and modern construction
• Structured and clean working style
• Readiness to further develop professionally
