Job description

The Klubert + Schmidt GmbH understands itself as an innovative and competent development partner and reliable series supplier of exhaust gas recirculation valves and hot-side AGR vents, which are used in truck engine applications. Additionally, we produce precision parts mainly for hydraulic applications.

Tasks

Check and implement constructive load specifications
Development of product concepts including their coordination with customers and all relevant internal departments
Constructive support for theoretical product verification, e.g., through calculations
Participation in, and possibly leading, interdisciplinary project teams including project discussions
Participation in product improvements/changes in series operation
Careful handling of technical norms/lawful regulations and load specifications
Creating, organizing, and maintaining product documentation
Creating 3D models/drawings

Qualification

Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, construction technology, industrial engineering or comparable
Very good knowledge and careful handling of CAD systems including drawing management
Familiarity with the requirements of an ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certified company is advantageous
Careful handling of Microsoft Office products, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Outstanding technical understanding
Good English skills in writing and speaking
Meticulous work ethic, quality-, cost- and responsibility-awareness, reliability
Teamwork ability, assertiveness, high self-motivation and hands-on mentality
