Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing maintenance of facilities, buildings, and plant infrastructure in proper technical condition

• Performing minor repair, maintenance, and renovation work on the premises

• Performing locksmith, assembly, and mounting work related to infrastructure maintenance

• Repair and replacement of damaged elements of building equipment, offices, social facilities, warehouses, and production areas

• Performing minor painting, masonry, carpentry, and plumbing work

• Assembly and disassembly of equipment, furniture, shelves, fences, security features, and other infrastructure elements

• Maintaining technical order on the premises and in utility rooms

and technical areas

• Support in the execution of work performed by external companies

• Performing cleaning and utility work on the premises

• Maintenance of green areas, including mowing grass, trimming bushes, and caring for areas around the facilities

• Maintenance of internal roads, squares, and communication routes in appropriate technical and order condition

• Participation in seasonal work related to the maintenance of the plant area, particularly snow removal, ice clearing, and tidying up outdoor areas

Our requirements

• Minimum vocational education

• Basic technical knowledge in the field of building operation, installations, and technical infrastructure

• Ability to perform minor repair and maintenance work

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools

• Ability to work in a team with other maintenance technicians

• Care for order, safety, and the technical condition of used tools

• Knowledge and application of Health and Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations

• Readiness to work related to maintaining the continuity of the plant's operations

• (before employment) submission by the Candidate of a Certificate

of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register, in accordance with Article 30(2) of the Act

of June 13, 2019, on carrying out economic activities in the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products

and technologies for military or police purposes.

• Obtained by the Employee (during the probationary period) an impeccable opinion from the District Police Commander competent for the employee's place of residence in accordance with Article 28(1)(3) and Article 29(1)(3) of the Act of June 13, 2019

on carrying out economic activities in the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products and technologies for military or police purposes.

Would be significant assets:

• Experience as a maintenance technician, technical worker, or janitor

• Ability to perform minor plumbing, locksmith, carpentry, or painting work

• Experience in maintaining building or industrial infrastructure

• Ability to perform simple assembly and renovation work

• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization

• Readiness to perform various technical tasks resulting from the plant's current needs
