Job Description
- Responsibility for project-related configuration management in the production of naval ships.
- Supporting departments and subcontractors in implementing configuration guidelines.
- Proactive participation in identifying, planning, and determining product structure for hardware and software.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications in configuration and change management.
- Organizing data and document management including reporting in the project.
- Carrying out configuration bookkeeping (e.g. creating reports, changeover summaries).
- Closely working together with department coordinators, system administrators, and regularly coordinating with suppliers and shipyards.
- Participating in process and tool optimizations in the area of configuration and production status management.
- Carrying out internal and external configuration audits in the project.
- Managing changes to product structure for hardware and software.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or comparable technical field of study.
- Experience in configuration management as well as coordination of delivery services.
- A communications-oriented team player with precise and structured working methods.
- Knowledge in the area of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) / Production Readiness (HVR) is advantageous.
- Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent German skills.
