Job Description

• Responsibility for project-related configuration management in the production of naval ships.
• Supporting departments and subcontractors in implementing configuration guidelines.
• Proactive participation in identifying, planning, and determining product structure for hardware and software.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications in configuration and change management.
• Organizing data and document management including reporting in the project.
• Carrying out configuration bookkeeping (e.g. creating reports, changeover summaries).
• Closely working together with department coordinators, system administrators, and regularly coordinating with suppliers and shipyards.
• Participating in process and tool optimizations in the area of configuration and production status management.
• Carrying out internal and external configuration audits in the project.
• Managing changes to product structure for hardware and software.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or comparable technical field of study.
• Experience in configuration management as well as coordination of delivery services.
• A communications-oriented team player with precise and structured working methods.
• Knowledge in the area of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) / Production Readiness (HVR) is advantageous.
• Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent German skills.
