Communications Designer (m/w/d): Market & at Heldenglück

We're building something here. Heldenglück is not just a side project. It's what we wake up for in the morning. We develop our own products that stand on shelves – nationwide.

This is backed by the power of Unbunt, our advertising agency. We're looking for reinforcement for our team on site in Dülmen. This year, we're taking a big step forward – and for that, we're looking for people who understand what's being created here and want to be part of it.

Important beforehand: We're looking for a permanent team member on site. Freelancers or pure remote work don't fit our working style.

Aufgaben

You won't just design something for the drawer here. Every design goes out – onto packaging, in stores, on screens. Heldenglück needs people who understand that good design sells.

Your tasks:

• Lasting impressions: You'll design corporate designs and brand appearances that stay in people's minds.
• Packaging: You're responsible for packaging design for Heldenglück products – from the first concept to final print data.
• Crossmedial: You master both print and digital with equal ease.
• Visualization: You develop ideas that can be recognized immediately in stores.

Qualifikation

You have an eye for aesthetics, but also the pragmatism for everyday business.

You bring with you:

• Educational background: A degree in communications design or a comparable qualified education.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in agencies or companies (junior level is not suitable for this position).
• System thinking: You don't just design logos, but entire brand systems.
• Tools: In the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), you're not made to feel inferior.
• Location: You have a desire to work in our office team in Dülmen (100% remote is not an option for us).
