Communications Designer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Further development of Cléo's visual identity – you build our brand from the inside out and give it an unmistakable, consistent image language
• Building and maintaining a living Brand System for Cléo: Design Guidelines, templates, asset libraries, and visual standards for everyday agency life
• Conceptualization and design of the social media presence of the agency – you develop formats and visual series that transport our positioning as a modern PR agency
• Video editing and creation of motion graphics for our own channels and customer projects
• Designing pitch decks, presentations, offers, and internal materials
• You work closely with our Creative Director and are the executing creative force behind the visual appearance of the agency

Qualification

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with video editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Experience in developing corporate or brand design systems
• Sense for brand communication, typography, and contemporary visual languages
• Independent, conceptual working style – you think strategically about brands and actively bring your own ideas into play
