Founders Associate (m/w/d) - Köln/Hybrid

We help mourners worldwide with a trustworthy, barrier-free, and immediate digital solution for their grieving process. With validated methods based on cognitive behavioral therapy, mourners learn healthy strategies for coping with their grief in our app. We want no one to feel alone in their grief!

grievy stands for the destigmatization of grief in our society and support in the most difficult times of life. Many thousands of mourners have been able to accompany us - but we want even more!

Tasks

You will work directly with the founders and be the right-hand person in implementing strategic and operational projects. Your tasks include:

• You create and optimize automations in Make.com, to streamline our processes and relieve the team.
• You support the founders in daily operational tasks and take over small projects independently.
• You maintain and develop our company website with WordPress/Elementor and ensure a pleasant and functional presence.
• You create partner newsletters and other communicative content with Canva, paying attention to professional design.
• You identify optimization potential in our processes and implement technical solutions independently.
• Your opinion counts! As we are a rapidly growing startup, we expect you to bring new ideas and strategically support us on our growth journey.
• You will work closely with the founders of grievy together!

Qualification

• You have technical understanding and ideally first experiences with No-Code/Low-Code tools like Make.com, Zapier, etc.
• You bring knowledge in WordPress/Elementor or are willing to quickly get familiar.
• You have an eye for design and are confident in using Canva or similar tools.
• You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and not afraid to tackle technical challenges.
• You are ready from day one to take on a high level of self-responsibility, work exceptionally diligently and carefully, and have very good German language skills.
• You are currently studying (e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration) or training in the IT or commercial sector, or bring corresponding professional experience with you.
