Köln: Project Leadership / Engineer for MSR and Building Automation (m/w/d)

We are a group of engineering companies for technical overall planning and belong to the leading planning offices for technical building equipment (TGA) in Germany. For 30 years, our teams have been planning and realizing technical facilities for buildings of all kinds — including laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions.

At our Main location Köln, we are looking for support to join the team at MSR-Technology and Building Automation as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Participate in the realization of projects, with a focus on MSR-Technology and Building Automation
• Process all performance phases according to HOAI for the MSR-Technology and Building Automation area
• Develop complex plans and concepts in accordance with current technical requirements at the highest technical level
• Counseling/consultation of customers within the scope of project processing
• Representation of building owners and their representatives vis-à-vis third parties

Qualification

• Completed studies as an engineer (m/w/d) or further education as a master/technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical, supply, and MSR technology or building automation or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the area of building automation and its peripheral areas.
• Knowledge of HOAI and standards DIN EN ISO 16484 and VDI 3814
• Knowledge/experience in the field of electrical or plant engineering
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, cost awareness, and willingness to travel (optional depending on the task within the company)
• Reliability and accuracy
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Teamwork ability
