Object Supervisor / Building Supervisor, Electrical Engineering (m/w/d)

At our main location in Cologne, we are looking for a Object Supervisor / Building Supervisor, Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Self-coordinated coordination, care, and quality control of trades (KG 440/450) on the construction site
• Creating schedules and controlling them as well as tracking the progress of the building project
• VOB-compliant correspondence
• Creation of quality assurance reports using software (e.g. PlanRadar)
• Creating a daily report on construction site activities
• Measurement and accounting control
• Carrying out VOB inspections
• Following up on defects during the construction project as well as after completion
• A competent and reliable point of contact for internal and external project participants

Qualification

• Degree in technical building equipment electrical engineering / state-certified technician ELT or equivalent
• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of object supervision, advantageous
• Safe handling of VOB and HOAI as well as MS-Office package and branch-specific software such as AVA Orca and PlanRadar
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Class B driving license
