At our main location in Cologne, we are looking for a Fachplaner/Projektkaufmann für Ausschreibung und Vergabe (m/w/d), with expertise in branch-specific software AVA Orca.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of performance schedules/specifications for technical building equipment
• Support in procurement processes
• Processing of amendments
• Estimation of quantities/cost estimation/cost control
• Billing verification
• Interest in further developing the process of specifications and developing a uniform quality standard
• A competent and reliable point of contact for internal and external project participants

Qualifikation

• Degree in engineering with a focus on technical building equipment / state-certified technician HKLS/ELT, supply technology / economics engineer with a focus on construction or comparable
• Multiple years of professional experience in preparing specifications o.a.
• Knowledge of VOB and HOAI
• Familiarity with MS-Office package and branch-specific software AVA Orca
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
