- You bring cold and warm dishes freshly to the plate.
- Always friendly: Guests greatly appreciate how you serve and advise them at the buffet.

- That you adhere to quality and hygiene standards at all times is a matter of course for you.
- In the absence of management, you will take responsibility for the restaurant.
