Your future area of responsibility

• Independent preparation and production of our daily changing menu components
• Production of high-quality side dishes, sauces, soups, and cold and hot meals
• Participation in a modern production kitchen with clear processes and professional infrastructure
• Operation of modern kitchen appliances and production facilities
• Ensuring consistently high product quality and timely production
• Participation in the preparation, portioning, and provision of menus for delivery
• Adherence to all hygiene, quality, and safety standards (HACCP)
• Active contribution to a clean, structured, and efficient work environment
• Collaboration with a motivated team that achieves top performance every day

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Cook EFZ or comparable training
• Experience in communal catering or production kitchen is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working with modern production equipment and standardized processes
• Independent, clean, and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and high quality awareness
• Good understanding of numbers and the confident application of basic mathematics (calculations of recipes, quantities, weights, and portions)
• Resilient, flexible, and ready for early working hours

Your working hours

• Regular early shift from Monday to Friday, 3:30 AM to 1:00 PM, including 2 × 30 minutes break
• Weekend shifts are half-day shifts from 4:00 AM to approximately 9:30 AM
