Cook (m/w/d)

The Youth Guest House Vienna Brigittenau in the 20th district and the Youth Hostel Myrthengasse in the 7th district are looking for a cook or a cook for 24-40 hours per week as soon as possible. In both houses, mainly group travelers are accommodated, with an offer consisting of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is prepared according to the menu plan in the large kitchen. Employment type: Full-time Preparation and serving of up to 300 meals to our guests Serving dishes at the buffet Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies Participating in staff meetings and training sessions as required. The ideal candidate should have experience in cooking for large groups, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.
